No Oslo 2010: Andorra

Andorra is one of the countries who decided not to go to Oslo 2010 due to economical reasons or the local broadcaster RTVA non finding a sponsor even if last year's entrant Susanne Georgi was leading her own personal campaign to keep Andorra in.
